Project Level Money Launch

Design Challenge As a new product Level Money wanted to be a distinct player in the financial services space. With the launch of their iOS app, supporting marketing assets needed to build excitement and introduce the millennial audience to this dynamic new brand.

Fact Sheet

Printed front and back with letterpress, these device sized cards combined talking points about the app with a letterpress version of the app dashboard. 

T-shirt

SF is known for startup t-shirts worn and collected like a favorite band shirt. These shirts were silkscreened in one color and fitted for both men and women. 

Communication

Messaging included email campaigns to new and potential users and featured banners in the App store, resulting in 300K downloads launch week.

Design Challenge Beta invites are a way tech companies can build a base of early adopters to test and promote their product. In order to keep the beta private, beta keys are distributed with invitations so that users can be identified. The Level Money beta had three touch points for users: website, printed cards and emails. These supported the one-of-a-kind three word beta keys as well as were branded consistently cross platform.

Beta Invite Cards

Level Beta invitations were printed in 5 colors, each with the URL to the beta site and a unique beta key. Beta keys were made of a set of three dictionary words in order for spell correct to be useful for the user when inputing the key on the mobile site.  

Digital Beta Invite

Digital beta invitations were sent as an email campaign. Again, each invite contained a link to the beta site as well as a unique beta key. Beta keys were made of a set of three dictionary words in order for spell correct to be useful for the user when inputing the key on the mobile site.   

Mobile Beta Site

Once users had a beta key from either printed card or a digital invite, they could access the beta website and download a special first edition of the Level Money app.
